Today we were shuttled to SanSimeon because the mud slide has closed the road. It was a 3+ hour bypass. We were dropped off at SanSimeon where the Sea Lions come to breed. The young males play fight along the shore while others rest on the shoreline. A little fiurthsr down the road the cattle and zebra roam at the Hearst estate field. In Cambria their are many scarecrows in town and ice cream! Coming into Morro Bay one sees the Large rock protruding along the harbor. Sea otters carrying their young on their stomachs swim in Morro Harbor. We met Cindy and Roger who were nice enough to give us a ride in their RV right to Morro as we were running a little late. We  all did laundry while having pizza and I was lucky to see the sunset.
Award winning scarecrow which actually pedals the bike!
