Todsy was the first day of our tour and we biked the hilly road from Bellingham to Blaine. We road along the road by Pugent Sound. It was so lovely and blue blue sky! Nice to see after all the fires. Because of the rain the other day the smoke has dissipated and hopefully the fires will go out. We arrived in Blainr at the Peace Arch. There was a tribute their to 9/11. We decided to get some ice cream and then got a ride back to Belligham by Adventure Cycle. Mark and I were making dinner and needed to be back to start it. We have decided to keep it simple making the meals so we had ravioli., homemade sausage meatballs by me, bread, salad and cupcakes. Everything was eaten so phew- I guess we did OK
